    About the Compliance Internship

    The Global Compliance & Ethics Intern will support a range of initiatives focused on improving due diligence processes, policy management, and training compliance. This internship is ideal for students pursuing Legal Studies, Business, Risk Management, or a related field who are interested in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, or internal audit.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Policy Review & Tracking: Support the review, organization, and tracking of compliance policies to ensure alignment with global standards.
    • Due Diligence Renewal Management: Assist in tracking and managing upcoming renewal dates, ensuring timely review and updates.
    • Bulk Archiving Process: Help develop and implement a systematic bulk archiving process for due diligence records.
    • Ongoing Monitoring: Assist with designing and launching a structured process for ongoing monitoring of third-party due diligence.
    • Mandatory Training Dashboard: Support the creation of a dashboard to track global mandatory training completion.
    • Global Training Support: Help implement and monitor global training programs, including data validation and reporting.
    • Internal Audit Collaboration: Partner with the Internal Audit team to refine audit processes for compliance-related reviews.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Current junior or senior-level undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage confidential information and handle tasks independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI and general comfort with data tools and dashboards.
