ROLE & SCHEDULE -

We are looking for individuals with an athletic or coaching background. A KidStrong Coach would focus on coaching children on cognitive, physical and character development that stems from evolving curriculum. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind KidStrong curriculum. Our camps run from 9a to 2:30p Monday through Friday all Summer long.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is a plus
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who just gets a job done
