This job is for you! We are offering our third summer of Just Keep Swimming Summer Day Camps and are looking for fun camp counselors with tons of energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with kids. We want YOU to kick off our Summer Day Camp and make it the place to be for kiddos in the Valley. This position will give you the unique opportunity to make a difference in the future of our community by building character and relationships with our campers. You will be working to provide and friendly, exciting, fun, and safe environment for children ranging in age from 5-10+ years old.

Just Keep Swimming Summer Day Camp Dates:

June 16th-20th

June 23rd-27th

July 7th-11th

July 21st-25th

August 4th-8th

August 18th-22nd

7:30am-4:30pm with two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch break.

During this job you will be expected to:

Direct and supervise campers to ensure their safety (This includes getting involved in playing games!)

Work with team members to organize and create a fun and exciting environment for our campers

Aid campers with Check-in and Check-out process

Set up and take down of camp activities/structures

Respond quickly to any emergency situation that may arise

Report to Lead Camp Counselor and Camp Director

Preferred Candidates Possess:

Previous Camp Counselor experience

CPR/AED certification

High School Diploma/GED

Reliable transportation to and from work

Constant Positive attitude

Lots of Energy

Passion for working with kids
