    • Employed Position: Competitive base salary of $115k–$125k with a 10% bonus based on quality metrics.
    • Outpatient Primary Care Only: No inpatient or on-call responsibilities.

    • Collaborative Environment: Work as part of a care team that may include Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center staff.

    Compensation and Bonus Structure

    • Salary Range: $115k–$125k
    • Bonus: 10% of yearly salary based on metrics such as:
      • Hospital sick days
      • HEDIS measures
      • Patient satisfaction
      • Alignment with company values

    Responsibilities

    • Outpatient primary care only
    • Max panel size: 650 patients
    • Average 10–12 patients per day
    • Collaborate with a fully supportive care team to deliver outstanding care

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    We seek candidates who meet the following qualifications:

    • NP graduates with at least 2+ years of primary care outpatient experience
    • Active, non-probationary state medical license

    • Suturing: Proficiency in minor wound closures
    • Joint Injections: Competence in administering injections for pain management
    • Skin Biopsies: Diagnostic capabilities
    • Wound Care: Comprehensive management skills
    • Preventive Screenings: Relevant to geriatric patients
