We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our Retail Solar Sales Team as a Solar Advisor in Port St. Lucie, FL. In this role you will be speaking with home owners educating them on the benefits of converting to Solar Energy while setting up appointments for our Field Sales team to meet with them.

Additionally in this role you will:

• Master lead generation first hand at one of our retail locations
• Educate customers on the benefits of converting to Solar Energy
• Build rapport with potential homeowners to win appointments and meet your monthly sales and appointment setting quotas.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection and swaying opinions
• Qualify and schedule in-home/zoom appointments for our sales team
• Work efficiently as a team member

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing personality, resilience, and empathy
• Sense of humor
• Previous customer service experience
• Knowledge of solar energy a plus but not required
• Outside Sales experience is a plus but not required

Days/Hours:

• 5 days a week M-F
• 8 hour shifts

Compensation:

• $15-16 an hour (based on experience)
