You’ll work with clients and staff to make a plan for the entire project and then manage all workers and contractors in accordance with your plan to make sure it’s done right. Responsibilities: • Perform technical measure appointments with interior and exterior sold jobs to confirm the scope of work before the project starts • Work with the senior project manager to schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met • Review job materials selected for proper fit and create lists of materials required to complete each project • Secure any required licenses and permits from appropriate authorities to ensure construction is up to code • Participate in a weekly production meeting to discuss job progress and update company leadership • Prepare any on-site change orders, and forecast monetary needs for the project • Assist in managing multiple interior/exterior projects and crews at a given time • Work closely with all team members to make sure all customers are taken care of at a high level of service Qualifications: • Possess a deep understanding of the construction process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods • Knowledge and understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installation practices and functions • Must have experience in all phases of remodeling, from simple window and door replacements to large additions • Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued (Builder Trend) • MUST BE organized and self-motivated • Be focused on delivering a high-quality product for our customers • Be a team player and willing to go the extra mile • Willing to lead by example, as well as train and develop new employees in the field to be effective team members • 3-5 years management experience is required Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
