This is 100% commission based and not for the person looking for a “easy job”

If you are looking at this and thinking "I would never door knock", “I’ve never done all commission” I don’t blame you I thought the same, but I was sick and tired of being overworked and underpaid for a “normal job” I wanted to get paid what my time was worth.

No experience, or education requirement.

We work with the first and third largest solar installers in the nation and we offer solar systems to homeowners for absolutely no money out of pocket or upfront costs. If a homeowner gets approved they will get a solar system installed for no cost and replace their current electric bill with a lower bill that is fixed.

It’s very simple - you won’t be doing any selling - your job is just to knock on doors and set an appointment.

If the appointment you scheduled closes, you will earn 50% of the commission on the project. This 50% of commission ranges anywhere from $3,000 - $8,000 per single solar installation

We provide all the training, system and coaching needed. We have a proven formula, the only requirement you need is to get out of your comfort zone and get to work

Work Requirements:

• Meet at the office in Simi Valley 5 days a week

• Knock doors 5 days a week

• Buy into the core values of our office
