Responsibilities * Participate in the development of high-performance ASICs from specification to implementation, including RTL, verification, synthesis. * Maintain and improve existing designs using Verilog/SystemVerilog * Participate in the implementation of new designs using Verilog/SystemVerilog * Actively work with physical design team to improve RTL quality for performance, power and area * Able to deliver robust RTL codes. * Optimize function device's performance, power and area (e.g., 32 bits full adder) * Perform diagnostics and tests for ASICs in the lab Qualifications * BSEE or related field required * 3+ years industry experience required * Excellent Verilog, System Verilog programming and debugging skills * Experience on scripting, e.g., Perl, TCL, shell * Very familiar with digital ASIC/SOC design * Proficient in synthesis constraints * Ability to debug system-wide issues * Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are required. Working Model This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
