    Job Description

    CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT 

    The Customer Service Support Specialist is ultimately responsible for leading and handling all escalating customer calls as well as ensuring a best in class customer experience.

    JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
    • Manage and prioritize multiple concerns daily
    • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and or mail
    • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
    • Answer questions about warranties
    • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
    • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
    • Manage all concerns through CRM (Salesforce) by opening, closing and updating cases properly
    • Know our systems inside and out so that you can answer questions and give solutions
    • Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

    • College Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
    • At least 3 years customer service support experience
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills required, in Solar Industry preferred
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Must be a motivated team player, looking to succeed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish Required) any other languages a plus
    • Professional demeanor when customer facing
