CREATIVE DESIGNER FOR E-COMMERCE SOFTWARE SERVICES MARKETING

This dynamic creative design role is in support of the Marketing and Client Experience team, to ensure our brand is top-notch from digital advertising, to infographics, to YouTube videos, to printed materials and more.

Through outstanding brand design, marketing design, and copywriting, our goal is to build our relationship to large enterprises, e-commerce merchants and Silicon Valley's top tech companies - and make sure that quality design shines through every creative touchpoint our clients will experience. Sunrise Integration is looking for an experienced Designer to join the team and drive creative for our marketing, content, brand and social channels.

Candidates should be:

1. Able to provide a portfolio of polished work for top brands (B2B or B2C)
2. Incredibly organized and accountable. You follow up on communications and have impeccable organization abilities.
3. Clear, strategic thinkers and process skills for developing brand marketing strategy
4. Experienced in working on creative for digital advertising and social media channels
5. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
6. Experienced working with data-driven stakeholders and delivering work that upholds the brand but also meets business objectives
7. Passionate and curious about great brand experiences. You are obsessed with details and ensuring clients get the best experience possible.
8. Eager to research and learn. You can talk with technical prospects and engineers on your team and learn from them.
9. Entrepreneurial with the ability to see the “big picture” for our business and can experiment to find successful results on broad objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to build Sunrise Integration into a world-class brand through multi-dimensional marketing campaigns
• Concept and create high-level ideas that communicate the Sunrise Integration value proposition to enterprise B2B audiences
• Create consistent visual designs across various platforms, including print, digital, social media ads, email, infographics, videos, photoshoots, and co-marketing with our tech partners
• Build process with our Marketing and Client Experience team to ensure quality in all aspects of creative execution
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, concept and design content
• Collaborate with copywriters to deliver high-quality work
• Raise the bar on content creation at Sunrise Integration by crafting compelling designs and iterating with a small agile team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Graphic Design or a similar major is preferred
• Thorough understanding of designing for digital platforms and expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva__
• Advanced written and oral communication/presentation skills in English
• Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate professionally with all levels of staff
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines for concurrent objectives
• Proficient in Google Documents and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic familiarity with e-commerce and web software technologies

Unicorns Will Have:

• Experience with e-commerce 
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing design
• Experience in agency services either marketing or tech 
• Worked in or around venture-backed tech startups
• A passion for working in the tech industry
