Deck Manager of Superhero Swim Academy – Lake Worth Superhero Base

Location: Lake Worth, FL Company Mission: Superhero Swim Academy inspires creativity and imagination through swim lessons built on our unique Superhero Swim Universe lesson plan and trademarked Superhero Swim Characters.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage our Lake Worth Superhero Swim Base during swim lessons. This role requires a dynamic, organized, task oriented leader looking to create elevated customer service making sure the instructors and parents are taken care of, to elevate the image of Superhero Swim Academy.

Role Overview:

As the Deck Manager of Superhero Swim Academy, you will oversee all aspects of our Lake Worth operations, ensuring our mission of inspiring young swimmers is brought to life. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership abilities with a background in aquatic education and team management to ensure daily operations run smoothly. This is a part time weekly position with the potential for full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations at the Lake Worth Superhero Base, ensuring smooth delivery of lessons and high-quality customer service..

Program Oversight: Ensure that lessons adhere to the Superhero Swim Universe curriculum and maintain a consistent standard of excellence. Innovate and refine program offerings as needed.

Client Engagement: Serve as the face of the Lake Worth Superhero Base, fostering strong relationships with families, addressing concerns, and celebrating swimmer milestones.

Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols and ensure all staff certifications remain current. Monitor and maintain facility standards.

Parent Follow Ups: Scheduling trial, and make up lessons through the I-class system, and taking payments from families.

Social Media Content: Taking videos and pictures during lessons of scholarship students.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in aquatic education, with a proven track record of managing teams and programs.

Valid CPR and Lifeguard certification

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, families, and the community.

Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation for occasional community events or private lessons.
