A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Superintendent who plays a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing construction site operations in Napa, CA.

Your Day Includes

• Coordinate tasks based on priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor crew attendance
• Allocate daily responsibilities and supervise workers
• Monitor machinery and equipment usage
• Resolve problems promptly and report progress to managers

Must Haves

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Strong experience in Finish Carpentry
• High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter, etc.)
