We have been retained by our client, a top Commercial General Contractor in the greater Houston area, to find a Superintendent. The Superintendent will oversee large Healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee large healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and production standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and clients.
• Lead and mentor field foremen, including recruitment, training, and personnel development.
• Collaborate with the Safety Team to ensure all employees comply with safety regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital construction projects.
• 8+ years of Superintendent experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong customer relationship skills.
• Well-versed in ceiling/drywall projects
• Proficient in Construction Management software and MS Office products
