    Your Role as a Superintendent

    As a Superintendent, you will lead all onsite construction activities from start to finish, ensuring project success in safety, quality, scheduling, and cost management. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with trade partners, clients, and the community.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct and manage all onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
    • Monitor and enforce quality control, correcting any subcontractor deficiencies.
    • Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
    • Facilitate coordination among subcontractors and vendors.
    • Collaborate with design teams and owners to address unforeseen challenges.
    • Review all drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
    • Prepare daily progress reports and oversee weekly schedule updates.

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum 8 years of construction experience.
    • At least 4 years in a supervisory role.
    • Strong understanding of subcontractor coordination and construction sequencing.
    • Familiarity with ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
    • Experience conducting site inspections for public works and state-funded projects.

    Technical & Leadership Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore (preferred).
    • Experience with CMAR and Design/Build delivery methods is a plus.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a large project team environment and provide exceptional client service.
