We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with expertise in vertical construction to join our team and help drive the successful execution of our projects.

    Position Overview:
    As a Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all field operations for designated vertical construction projects. You will coordinate work with project management teams, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to ensure the timely, safe, and quality completion of projects. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience working on mid-rise, high-rise, data centers, or distribution center projects, providing leadership and mentorship to junior-level team members, and ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets all safety and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and schedule work activities for tradespeople, professionals, and laborers.
    • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project staff, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
    • Conduct preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors and project teams.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and new hires.
    • Oversee safety, quality, risk, and compliance management for the project.
    • Develop and maintain the site logistics plan and ensure adherence to schedules.
    • Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
    • Coordinate equipment needs for the project, including cranes, trucks, and trailers.
    • Manage the completion of project punch list items and assist with close-out procedures.
    • Track project progress and ensure the project meets milestones and deadlines.
    • Participate in meetings with owners, engineers, and stakeholders to provide project updates.
    • Utilize project contract documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure quality and accuracy.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may substitute.
    • Minimum of 6 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role on vertical construction projects.
    • Proven experience managing large vertical construction projects, such as mid-rise, high-rise, data centers, or distribution centers.
    • Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and construction methodologies.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and project plans.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction management software (Primavera P6, ProCore, or similar).
    • OSHA 30 Certification required.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
