We are looking for an experienced Superintendent with a background in Multifamily Construction in the greater DFW area. The successful candidate will be onsite to ensure projects are on-time, on-budget and safely completed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all activities on Multifamily construction projects with new building construction and demolition activities
• Controlling budgets and scheduling of construction activities during pre-construction meetings
• Verify construction work is completed per the plans and construction specifications
• Enforcing construction site rules and safety
• Prepare and manage a construction schedule

Requirements:

• Recent Superintendent experience on Multifamily projects
• 10+ years of Construction leadership experience
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
