    Ramp Talent is proud to partner with Germania, a leader in custom home construction, to find a skilled Superintendent based in Park City, Utah. This role is integral to maintaining Germania's commitment to delivering high-quality, custom-built homes while ensuring seamless project execution.

    Role Overview:

    The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of on-site construction management, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to Germania's high standards. From initial planning to final walkthroughs, you'll work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and the Project Manager to ensure project success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Pre-Construction Planning:

    • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and/or Estimator to review plans, site conditions, utilities, and control estimates.

    • Perform detailed line-item and document reviews.

    • Select and globally vet subcontractors and vendors.

    Construction Management:

    • Approve work/job construction schedules and scopes of work.

    • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to Germania standards.

    • Schedule inspections, walkthroughs, and meetings, ensuring all work follows the approved construction schedule.

    • Use CoConstruct to manage schedules, specifications, and purchase orders.

    Project Oversight:

    • Maintain job site cleanliness, orderly staging, and proper job protection.

    • Conduct weekly Project Manager walkthroughs and 30-60-90 day lookaheads.

    • Review cost variance reports and communicate issues proactively.

    • Document daily job logs, including photos and cost variances.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure subcontractors and vendors adhere to scopes of work and Germania standards.

    • Conduct owner/system walkthroughs and review the master punch list with the Project Manager.

    • Oversee the punch list completion within 45 days and manage 3, 6, and 9-month warranty walkthroughs.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Proven experience in residential construction, preferably in custom home projects.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

    • Proficiency in construction management tools like CoConstruct or similar platforms.

    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to project schedules.

    • Ability to troubleshoot, manage cost variances, and ensure compliance with project scopes and specifications.
