Job Description
The Site Lighting Superintendent will be responsible for customer relations, operational oversight which includes material requests/management, monitoring construction crews and schedules that apply to amenity and area lighting for residential single family home communities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with engineering and construction clients and vendors
- Ensures accuracy, suitability, and consistency of the accounting for project scheduling, project status reporting and budgetary oversight as it relates to community site lighting.
- Must have a strong understanding of site lighting processes which include materials, installation and inspections.
- Provides on-site supervision across the Phoenix area to ensure jobs are running accordingly with proper manpower and equipment.
- Perform daily/weekly quality inspections using mobile software device.
- Facilitate/attended necessary on-site meetings with city inspectors and developers.
- Proficient in crew management as well as providing client representative and office staff with precise data on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management and leadership experience in the electrical field. Site lighting preferred.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to coach and develop team members.
- Track record of implementing operational oversight and client relations activities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all team members (bilingual a plus).
