    Your experience has taught you the importance of documenting every step of the project. You understand that documenting conversations with clients, design teams, subcontractors, city officials, and in safety meetings, protect you and our company and you do it naturally. Liability is a concern.

    You love solving problems and better yet, finding ways to avoid them in the first place. You read blueprints better than most and do so often. You’re skilled at cross referencing blueprints to discover discrepancies and items added and/or eliminated and are not overwhelmed doing it.

    Your attention to detail is very important to you, and it holds everyone to a higher standard. You’re result-driven and disciplined to organize your daily tasks to ensure you achieve your milestones and deadlines ahead of schedule.

    You have:

    Minimum of 5-years of experience in multifamily or commercial TI work.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience working in framing or structural concrete.

    Experience resolving design conflict in the plans to anticipate delays.

    Experience creating and revising project schedules, on Microsoft Project a plus.

    Experience in managing field crews to reach milestone and resolving conflict.

    Well versed in solving constructibility issues onsite.

    Well versed in structural concrete and wood-framing.

    Well versed in documenting daily logs, delays, photos, safety-meetings, potential changes to work, additions by clients, RFI’s, Submittals, etc.

    Well versed in using construction management software systems, Procore a plus.

    Well versed in OSHA safety standards and certified 10-30 hours

    Ability to identify constructibility issues in designs and plan solutions prior to commencing the construction process.

    College Degree in Construction Science/Engineering/Management, (a plus).

    Strong verbal and written communication skills with corporate and field team
