Job Description

We are seeking a Skilled Trade Staffing Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team! This position is responsible for recruiting tradespeople across the country to serve our client's needs. This position is a great opportunity for someone to learn recruiting. This is an entry-level recruiting position with limitless room for career growth.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented position. This position requires periodic evening and weekend work (from home). This is not a typical 9-5 position, this position requires occasional evening and weekend time when we are working against a deadline to staff a project. We are looking for a highly motivated, quick learning individual who works well with a team.

This position offers a salary + monthly commission + annual profit sharing. Salary is based on experience.

Staffing and recruiting experience is preferred by not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in fast-paced high volume customer service or HR experience, recruiting experience, or other related experience
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual preferred but not required
