About Us: APEX Physical Therapy is a privately owned, patient-centered clinic dedicated to providing top-quality care in Brighton, Michigan. We pride ourselves on our personalized treatment approach, where we focus on one patient per hour to ensure the best outcomes. If you are looking for a high paced and high volume clinic, this is not the job for you. If you are frustrated with the current PT model of maximizing profits by maximizing patients and double, triple or quadruple booking then APEX wants YOU!

We have been in business since 2017, and are currently expanding by renovating and doubling size of our Brighton clinic. We plan to continue to grow at our current rate, which is one new PT every 1-2 years. We would be interested in opening additional locations via profit sharing model should a successful employee want to grow more within the company and experience small business ownership. We believe our employees are our most valuable asset and that investing in them is a main priority.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist who is passionate about excellent quality care to join our growing team. As a member of APEX Physical Therapy, you will work directly with patients for an hour, providing personalized, hands-on care. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and help them achieve their goals through customized therapy plans. We believe that, as a Doctor, you should be treated like one. This means management takes a hands off approach and trusts you are doing what is best for your patients--this includes not micromanaging your caseload or billing, but instead trusting your patients are getting excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions for patients with a wide range of conditions.

Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient goals.

Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Michigan.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for helping patients achieve their health and rehabilitation goals.
