    Are you up for the challenge? Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Supervising Nurse. This is a full-time role in our Park City, Utah location.

    We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience working with patients and who is not looking to be in practice for themselves but a part of a truly incredible team.

You have a strong curiosity to find the root cause and develop treatments plans for our patients health needs and concerns.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Supervise all Medical Assistants, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care.

    Provide guidance, performance feedback, and ongoing training to maintain high standards of care and service.

    Define and implement training processes for all existing and new procedures, ensuring operational excellence.

    Oversee device and supplement inventory, conducting checks twice weekly, and assign MAs to order supplies as needed.

    Handle VIP client care, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.

    Ensure Medical Assistants contribute to direct patient care by supporting advanced holistic therapies such as IVs, blood draws, Craniosacral therapy, HBOT, Red Light Bed, EBOO, EECP, PNOE, Weber, NanoVi, VSEL, EEG, Neurocatch, and HWave.

    Oversee Medical Assistant follow-up care related to Detect Kit results, Brain Camp preparation, and post-Brain Camp care.

    Guide Medical Assistants in executing patient treatment plans under the doctor’s direction and ensure follow-through on all tasks.

    Handle complex patient-related phone calls and follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

    Help collect data and drive research to document medical cases, author white papers, and contribute to industry breakthroughs.

    Patient Care Coordination:

    Assist the doctor with consultations, patient assessments, and executing personalized treatment plans.(performing all vitals in patient care, for Dr. Eckel).

    Support advanced holistic therapies and ensure seamless patient care delivery.

    Manage patient intake, triage, and prioritization of care to streamline clinical workflows.

    Prescription Management:

    Facilitate prescription processes, including renewals, updates, and documentation.

    Educate patients on proper medication usage, benefits, and potential side effects to enhance compliance and understanding.

    Oversee drug interaction checks on all Brain Regen Camp patients

    Follow-Ups and Continuity of Care:

    Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and satisfaction.

    Address patient concerns through phone, email, or in-person consultations and document interactions in Cerbo. (answering Dr. Eckel’s portal questions, understanding his responses, and being autonomous in this role, expectation 6 weeks).

    Triage and Emergency Response:

    Perform initial evaluations for walk-in or urgent cases, assessing priority levels and patient needs.

    Act swiftly in emergencies to provide immediate care or facilitate referrals as necessary.

    Operational Support:

    Collaborate with the doctor to streamline workflows and improve patient care processes.

    Monitor medical and procedural supplies, ensuring availability and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.

    Work with Concierge teams to address medical and supplement needs, including Chelation therapies.

    Check lab results three times weekly (M, W, F), upload results to Cerbo, and task the Front Desk with scheduling follow-ups.

    Answer emails sent to labs distro or MAs, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

    Patient Education:

    Educate patients on Energy4Life’s bioenergetic healing therapies, lifestyle practices, and self-care techniques.

    Advocate for preventative health and holistic wellness, empowering patients to take an active role in their healing journey.

    Holistic Healing Support:

    Integrate traditional nursing practices with Energy4Life’s unique bioenergetic and holistic wellness offerings.

    Guide patients in adopting complementary therapies aligned with their personalized health goals.

    Details of day to day tasks that may be required or require supervising:

    Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms clean and orderly

    Be able to successfully and with compliance administer and monitor IV Therapies.

    Interviews patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight and height; documents in EMR, insurance forms and super bills.

    Authorizes supplement/medicine refills and provides prescription information to pharmacies via provider orders.

    Cleans and sterilizes instruments and disposes of contaminated supplies.

    Prepares and administers medications and injectable components as directed by provider or scope of practice allows.

    Explains treatment procedures, medications, diets, Physicians; instructions, and supplement recommendations to patients.

    Assists physician including labs, imaging, bracing, taping, strapping, fitting, changing dressing on wounds and other related tasks.

    Collects blood, urine, or other laboratory specimens, logs the specimens and prepares them for testing.

    Performs routine laboratory tests and sample analysis.

    Contacts medical facilities or departments to schedule patients for tests, referral or admission.

    Communicates when supplies are low to ensure proper inventory.

    Answers patient inquiries and educates.

    Completes work ability reports, disability forms and attending physician statements.

    Continues education and personal growth to maintain all registrations, licensures, and certifications

    Attends team meetings and health fairs to promote the company as needed.

    Prepare daily patient charts timely and accurately and makes treatment plan recommendations.

    Assists explanation to patients via treatment plans, assists gathering supplements and escorts the patient to Front Desk.

    Triage calls effectively and with empathy.

    Flexible, adapts to change positively.

    Presents a consistent willingness to learn new skills and positive demeanor with both patients and co-workers.

    Create Unity within the TEAM. Individual performance is necessary. TEAM performance is paramount.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent state-required certification.

    Strong clinical expertise and leadership skills to supervise and inspire the Medical Assistant team.

    Familiarity with holistic therapies and advanced procedures such as HBOT, EBOO, and neurofeedback devices.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing patient care and team workflows.

    A deep commitment to Energy4Life’s mission of bioenergetic healing and holistic wellness, which requires 5 working days in the office for a total of 40-45 hours per work week. Core hours are 8:30-5:30pm April thru December, then 9:30-6:30pm January through March - subject to change

    Strong typing skills, ideally able to scribe

    Interest in learning and becoming an expert in new and cutting edge holistic medicine

    Previous experience with a fast growing facility and openness to change and optimizing processes

    Strong problem solver always brining solutions to the table

    Excellent computer and technical skills including previous experience on CMR scheduling, Google Suite, scheduling tools and lab result platforms

    Core Metrics of Success (targets):

    Effective Supervision of Medical Assistants

    Ensure the Medical Assistant team operates with minimal errors (under 2%) and completes 95% of patient care tasks (e.g., follow-ups, therapies, and documentation) on time.

    Patient Care and Satisfaction

    Achieve a 90% or higher patient satisfaction rate, based on post-care surveys, and consistently receive positive feedback on care coordination, treatment plans, and holistic therapies.

    Operational Efficiency

    Maintain 100% compliance with supply management and safety protocols, ensuring all medical and procedural supplies are stocked and readily available, with no major delays in patient treatment.

    Research and Documentation

    Contribute to the creation of white papers and case studies - 1 per year min

    Ensure 100% of patients receive timely follow-up care post-treatment or procedures (including Detect Kit results and Brain Camp care), with minimal patient concerns regarding gaps in care.
