Responsibilities: • Act as a liaison between attorneys and paralegals, ensuring projects are completed accurately and timely and resolve conflicts as needed • Assist in personnel decisions, such as hiring, termination, salary, reviews, and promotions as they rel • Handle own caseload, to include drafting legal documents such as pleadings, memoranda, contracts, discovery requests/answers • Oversee our team of paralegals and assist with assigning projects, organizing and prioritizing tasks, caseload, and workflow, and advise on conflict resolution, as needed • Ensure Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are up-to-date and make recommendations for classes to take Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and basic computer skills • Paralegal certification from an accredited program prefered • At least 5 years' experience working in a paralegal specialist, case manager, or legal assistant, legal office manager position Compensation: $64,000+ Salary + Performance-Based Bonus
