Kid to Kid is not your typical thrift store. We serve our community by paying cash for gently used kids’ items and reselling them at great prices. Our community relies on us to make parenting more affordable. We are looking for a Supervisor candidate with retail experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while upholding our customer service standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software

    • Assist in managing employees, including training, scheduling, and shift management

    • Implement processes to increase efficiency

    • Strive to meet sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)

    • Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and sending nightly recaps

    • Assist with social media content creation
