Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Previous experience managing teams, with knowledge of customer service and personnel management.
- Familiarity with the specialty drug market, health insurance claims, and product commercialization is a plus.
- Experience in leading customer service teams is preferred.
Work Location: Jeffersonville, IN. Some flexibility for minimal travel required.
