Talent LogistiX is looking for dedicated Quality Inspection Supervisors for a large manufacturing facility that is able to travel from Ligonier, IN and Angola, IN. The Supervisor will be responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and supervision over the Quality Inspection team.

The Supervisor will travel to the manufacturing plants, where automotive parts are being made or warehouses where automotive parts are being stored.

Hours: must be available for 2 out of 3 shifts (1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Location: Ligonier, IN - Kendallville, IN - Angola, IN (must be able to travel in and around these areas)

Quality Inspector Supervisor Job Duties:

• Coordinates with operations to determine daily status of ongoing projects and reassigns as requirements change
• Develops and analyzes necessary reports as required by customers
• Supervises scheduling team
• Completes required training classes
• Adheres to quality compliance requirements
• All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Quality Inspector Supervisor Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 1-2 Years of manufacturing, quality or administrative related experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Previous experience in scheduling contingent and full-time workforce
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work assigned hours based on business needs
