We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is looking for career growth. The Supervisor position is a role in which an individual can advance their career into more responsible roles, such as Assistant Manager and Store Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate the store under the leadership of the store manager

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Lead by example and make decisions in the absence of the store manager

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed

• Support the manager in all decisions and operational procedures

• Assist customers with any questions or concerns, directing them to the products that best meet their needs

• Recommend appropriate and additional items to enrich the shopping experience

• Promote monthly sales and specials
