As our team grows, we are seeking a dedicated Insurance Supplement Specialist to support and advocate for our clients’ best interests.

    Job Description

    As an Insurance Supplement Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and processing insurance supplement claims. Your primary responsibility will be to review, assess, and supplement insurance claims to ensure accurate and comprehensive coverage for our clients. This includes communicating with insurance companies, documenting additional costs, and facilitating the supplement approval process.

    Key Responsibilities

    Claim Review & Assessment

    Review initial insurance claims and identify areas requiring supplements or adjustments.

    Analyze reports and assist in collections

    Supplement Filing

    File supplement claims with insurance carriers and negotiate adjustments as needed.

    Document and communicate necessary adjustments with relevant parties and staff members

    Consistently following up with carriers to ensure timely payments

    Communication & Negotiation

    Act as a liaison between clients, adjusters, Staff members and insurance carriers.

    Provide clear and detailed explanations of claim supplements to clients and Staff Members

    Documentation

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supplement requests, approvals, and claims activity in CRM.

    Prepare detailed supplement documentation to support each claim.

    Customer Service

    Respond to client inquiries, providing timely updates on the status of their supplement claims.

    Support clients in understanding the insurance supplement process and manage expectations.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    Minimum of 3 years experience in insurance claims, property damage assessment, or a related field.

    Experience in supplementing claims , collections, and negotiation within the insurance industry required.

    Skills & Competencies

    Strong analytical skills to assess damage reports and identify necessary claim supplements.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

    Proficiency in Technology, CRMs, and Google Suites.

    Education

    High school diploma or equivalent;
