    The Supply Chain Assistant will provide support to the production, sales, finance, and other departments in various supply chain and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production and sales inventory purchasing experience.

    What you'll do:

    Track inventory status throughout the production and sales process using internal systems and/or by physically walking production.

    Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the purchasing department.

    Prepare and timely process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders and reconcile invoices & purchase orders.

    Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

    Assist Purchasing Coordinator in resolving supply chain issues and sourcing.

    Proactively work to deliver results in meeting cost, quality, delivery, and inventory goals through analyzing part, dealer and vendor performance to identify opportunities and risks in the process.

    Participate in project teams, when necessary, to ensure effective implementation of change and project timelines are met.

    Provide administrative support to the purchasing, production, sales, finance and other departments as needed.

    What you’ll need:

    Coursework beyond high school required. Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in supply chain, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

    Relevant internship or previous experience in supply chain/purchasing, accounting/finance or related field preferred.

    Highlight proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.

    Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills as well as ability to negotiate with vendors.

    Ability to analyze data, perform calculations and read & interpret contract language.

    Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
