    Job Description

    As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play a critical role to ensure economically sound and efficient flow of goods throughout the company’s internal and external supply chain network. This analyst role will prepare, maintain, and be responsible for KPI reporting in all avenues of traditional Supply Chain services, including warehousing, transportation, procurement, demand planning and customer logistics. Additional tasks will include ad hoc reporting, assistance in supply chain optimization and savings opportunities.
    Key Competencies
    Business and financial acumen with a core competency on data analytics, along with consumer, customer and franchise focus. High level planning and personal priority setting, understanding retail and several retail channel environments with an emphasis on collaboration between cross functional teams.
    Duties & Responsibilities

    Evaluate, create and execute the needs of the business through discovery

    Analyze business performance and processes to identify opportunities for improvement

    Assist with project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation specific to shared services

    Support scope and ensure solutions are delivered on time and on budget

    Monitor solutions to ensure they continue to meet business needs

    Provide support as required for business planning

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in business operations, business analytics or supply chain and/or related experience
    • APICS certification a plus
    • 1+ years of ERP experience, preferably Microsoft D365
    • 1+ years of experience in supply chain focused area, such as customer logistics, procurement, demand planning, warehousing or transportation
    • Working knowledge of visualization software, preferably Microsoft PowerBI
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Understanding of retail and execution across multiple environments and retail channels
    • Strong demonstrated grasp of Hana Group standards, mission and core values
