Job Description: We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and assist with the receiving, inventory management, product distribution, and overall supply chain functions across all JB & Associates locations. This position will collaborate with various teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of supplies across our locations. Tasks and Responsibilities: The following tasks describe the general nature of work for this position and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Control, organize, and administer the physical inventory and distribution of supplies across locations.
Provide tracking and shipping updates for all orders to store locations and commissary.
Establish and direct efficient supply storage and distribution systems for the commissary.
Provide technical expertise to maintain effective supply systems at store locations.
Oversee ordering, receiving, shipping, and warehousing for New Store Opening products.
Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure appropriate levels for the commissary.
Manage weekly ordering and receiving for all locations.
Serve as an internal consultant for effective and efficient inventory and materials handling systems across field locations.
Assist department managers with budgeting by providing reports and support.
Handle all vendor returns and manage necessary paperwork.
Maintain materials locator systems for easy retrieval of items.
Ensure proper rotation and elimination of supplies and manage par levels for commissary items.
Perform physical inventory and assist with month-end closing processes.
Provide proof of return information to the Accounts Payable (AP) department to ensure accurate credits and restocks during billing cycles
Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of general accounting systems and proficiency with automated spreadsheet and word-processing software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capable of lifting or assisting in lifting items and boxes up to 50lbs.
Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Production or Materials Management.
Proven experience with inventory management and supply chain operations.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques to effectively manage and resolve disputes.
