    Job Description

    Truewerk is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to join an established team in Denver, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for an emerging professional with natural project management skills, an excellent command of technology, and a strong desire to learn. Our ideal candidate will have previous exposure to or a strong interest in manufactured goods, and may have recent experience in the outdoor or technical apparel industry.

    As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in managing and optimizing our supply chain process to help ensure efficient operations. You’ll work closely with our logistics partners and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise. Key to your success will be your persistent attention to detail, strong aptitude for numbers, and endless drive for accuracy.

    This position calls for thoughtful influence within the organization and beyond, and candidates should be comfortable navigating conversations with internal and external partners. The Supply Chain Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Planning & Inventory and works closely with Purchasing, Product Development, and Marketing.

    The position is based in Denver, CO with flexibility to work remotely based on business needs.

    What you’ll do

    Style Management

    • Champion NetSuite as the authoritative source for purchase orders and inbound shipment data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Create and update SKUs as needed, ensuring Bill of Material accuracy.
    • Manage item master lists in NetSuite and oversee the release process to our 3PL partner.

    Data Support

    • Support Supply Planners by performing NetSuite uploads, correcting inventory discrepancies, and closing out purchase orders.
    • Assist with Enterprise purchase order processes by gathering order-specific size curves and decoration specifications.
    • Assess specific data needs for established uniform programs.
    • Collaborate with Accounting to resolve PO discrepancies quickly and support production data requirements for the month-end close process.
    • Routinely check SKUs for missing information and maintain internal SKU structure.

    Shipment Management

    • Ensures item receipts of finished goods or fabric are received correctly in Netsuite.
    • Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders regarding status, delays, and other pertinent information.
    • Communicate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments or invoices.
    • Assist the Sales Operations team with fulfillment to our Enterprise partners by tracking shipments, working with decorators and communicating purchasing needs to Supply Planners.
    • Collaborate with logistics partners to acquire and maintain accurate HTS codes and shipment costs.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth flow of information and resolve any supply chain disruptions.

    Other Areas of Focus

    • Maintain and update established reports.
    • Continue learning and development in NetSuite and Google Sheets/Excel.
    • Assist 3PL requests as needed.
    • Monitors quality issues and assists in reporting and resolving the issues as needed.
    • Foster strong communication with Ecommerce, Sales, Customer Experience (Cx), and Fulfillment teams.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or other related roles.
    • A background built on the acquisition of skills and development of knowledge required to solve problems. University degree, technical certifications, and apprenticeship completions welcome.
    • Experience with tangible goods (hardgoods or softgoods) with specific exposure to manufactured or assembled products preferred; experience in the outdoor industry or with technical apparel a plus.
    • Bonus: Familiarity, personal experience, or a passion for the skilled trades.

    Technical Skills

    • Must have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
    • Bonus: Prior Netsuite experience or familiarity with another ERP or similar software.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Familiarity with Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
    • Experience with Slack, Monday, or WhatsApp a plus.

    Work Location and Travel

    • Employees work a hybrid schedule and are required to travel to our Denver headquarters periodically.
    • All team members should have interest and ability to occasionally visit customers, partners, and industry events.

    Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year base salary, plus bonus
