    Your Career

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Supply Chain Cost Manager to join our dynamic Supply Base Management (SBM) team. This role will focus on leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decision-making, enhance supplier performance, and support AI-driven automation initiatives across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for driving data-centric, cross-functional projects.

    Your Impact

    • Analyze supplier spend, performance, and risk metrics to support supply base strategies and cost-reduction initiatives
    • Lead cross-functional projects focused on AI integration, supply chain optimization, and automation opportunities
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, Pigment, Google Sheets, and Excel to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
    • Utilize SAP for data extraction, supplier management, and spend analysis
    • Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to support data-driven decision-making processes
    • Design predictive models and what-if scenarios to assess supply chain risks and opportunities
    • Implement AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to streamline reporting, forecasting, and communication processes
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and processes
    • Provide ad hoc analyses and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic supply chain initiatives
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements using data insights

    Your Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus or equivalent military experience required
    • 5+ years of experience in supply chain data analytics, preferably within Supply Base Management
    • Proficiency in SAP, Pigment, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros)
    • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT for automation and process improvements
    • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, supplier management, and procurement analytics
    • Experience managing large datasets, performing data mining, and developing KPIs
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with diverse teams
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset
    • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for advanced analytics is a plus

This team has a dedication to, and a consistent track record of, success in all aspects of supply-chain, Supply Base and project management. Our operations team leadership establishes clear objectives, defining and implementing profit improvement and profiling inventory management, valuation, and lead-time improvement programs.     Compensation Disclosure

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $135,000/YR - $186,000/YR.
