Job Description

The Supply Chain Management Intern will be responsible for the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.

• Material planning analysis, ensuring inventory in according to internal policy, monitor and confirm material availability including deviations (i.e., demand fluctuation, inventory discrepancies, critical stock).
• Send releases to suppliers in according to internal processes, and track problems for issues during transit. This would include issues with trucks, customs or receiving at the plant.
• Coverage report analysis, overstock or low stock, escalation in time, root cause analysis, demand analysis midterm and long term.
• SAP Maintenance; parameters in SAP in according to internal policies and KPI tracking, monthly reporting for inventory control, supplier delivery performance.
• Actively participate within the value stream and department teams. .

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred student pursuing career in Supply Chain Management
