    Job Description

    The Supply Chain Manager is a key strategic position for FHP Manufacturing, the associate will supervise a diverse group composed by Material and Production planning as well Internal logistics & raw material warehousing. In this role, you will:

    • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure that customer commitments and expectations are met.
    • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on production goals, priorities, and timelines.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on material availability, inventory discrepancies, and any issues that may arise.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve material planning and production scheduling processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs & inventory, and meet delivery deadlines.
    • Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
    • Ensure adequate resources and training are provided to existing team to perform assigned responsibilities.
    • Manage, together with warehouse supervisor, the operations of the warehouse, overseeing inventory management, ensuring health and safety protocols, and ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

    Manage group of Material and Production planning

    • Coordinate the availability of materials and ensure the production schedules are met to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Manage supplier lead times.
    • Monitor inventory levels, identify stock shortages or excess, and place orders to replenish materials in a timely manner.
    • Analyze historical data and trends to predict future material and production requirements.
    • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, capacity, or material availability.

    Manage Internal Logistics and raw material warehouse:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and delivered efficiently to production lines and sub-assemblies.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts and audits to minimize discrepancies.
    • Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective action to address issues.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
    • 7+ years of experience in a supply chain related position (material planning or warehousing), including 3+ years in a leadership role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3+ years working at a manufacturing site location.
    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing safety regulations and compliance standards (OSHA, etc.) is a plus.
    • Experience with inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
    • Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high-impact projects that require substantial coordination, resource management, and strategic oversight.
