Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This hands-on leader will lead strategic sourcing through best-in-class vendor management and inventory optimization for our growing manufacturing company. The Supply Chain Manager will enhance direct & indirect procurement costs, lead time, and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Refine vendor diversification strategy and program to ensure sourcing practices drive supplier quality, selection, and cost improvements to enable product portfolio roadmap.
- Lead SIOP process by engaging stakeholders across sales, supply chain, production, finance, and service. Analyze, track, and communicate procurement expenditures / savings, sourcing policies, and forecasts.
- Enhance inventory management processes, KPI’s (availability, turns, lead times, D&D), tools, and reporting.
- Participate in strategic planning and budget development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business or related field.
- Proven experience as a procurement leader.
