Immediate opening for a Supply Chain Manager in Rochester, MN who possesses:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related required. Supply Chain preferred. MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of Supply Chain Management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment required.
- 5 years of Leadership experience required.
- Project Management experience required.
- Computer competency, including MS Office and Advanced Excel experience required.
- Strong analytical skills, and good Project / Task Management skills required.
- Thorough understanding of ERP process required. MES, SAP expertise strongly preferred.
- Supply Chain Management certification (APICS, CPM, CPIM, degree in Supply Chain Management or similar) preferred.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Own Plant Volume Variance performance (units & dollars) for plant budget meetings and quarterly plant reforecast meetings. This includes ensuring global plant volumes are aligned to demand plans and inventory targets
- Design new product supply chains supporting growth and portfolio expansion into adjacencies
- Champion Supply Chain Cost to Win programs to transform our cost structure over the Annual Strategic Review(ASR) period
- Drive prompt resolution Global Supply watch-outs by working closely with Manufacturing Integrators
- Chair Regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process linking commercial, finance and supply chain partners – supporting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting & business analysis
- Collaborate cross functionally to drive the S&OP process, through financial integration, focusing on demand plan valorization, inventory management and overall business target setting
- Responsible for maintaining senior leader engagement in the S&OP process to ensure that decisions are taken within the process
- Govern the cyclical S&OP reviews with the appropriate Management Boards and facilitates the Executive S&OP forum
- Work with the Company SIOP lead to monitor and enhance the S&OP process on a continuous basis
- Drive Supply Planning, Global Demand Planning and Lead the monthly Supply reviews
- Develop capacity models for each plant and product line
- Drive standardized methodologies for measuring the performance of worldwide manufacturing plants and distribution operations
- Maintain a regional capacity visibility to manage Manufacturing decisions
- Lead all Production Planning resources in manufacturing location
- Produce a statistical demand forecast for baseline SKU with low MAPE for all regions based on their portfolio
- Ensure consolidation and integration of regional market intelligence
- Create a Net Requirement Demand for sourcing product location to manufacture against
- Netting with all inventory locations
- Responsible for execution of the Company end to end planning processes to:
- Work to maintain and improve the Optimized Inventory Levels (Days of Supply)
- Deliver Cost Improvements (overheads, excess/obsolescence, manufacturing labor, distribution costs)
Compensation:
- $115-135K Base
