    Our client, a leading provider of innovative cannabis packaging solutions, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join their dynamic team in Everett, WA.     Compensation & Benefits
    • OTE: $83,375
    • Base Salary: $72,500 per year
    • Bonus: 15% performance-based annual bonus

    • Generous PTO and Paid Holidays:
      • < 5 years of service: 17 days
      • 5-10 years: 22 days
      • 10+ years: 27 days
      • 10 paid holidays per year
    Key Responsibilities

    ? Procurement & Order Management

    • Manage purchase orders for stock and custom packaging and vape hardware solutions
    • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels
    • Generate weekly inventory reports on product burn rates, reorder points, and stock proposals

    ? Vendor & Financial Coordination

    • Oversee vendor payments and coordinate with the Finance team
    • Track production status, resolve vendor issues, and ensure on-time delivery (OTD)
    • Organize export shipments for Canadian customers

    ? Inventory & Warehouse Management

    • Ensure accurate inventory tracking through spot checks and cycle counts
    • Support the Operations team with order receiving and quality control
    Skills & Qualifications

    ? 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or procurement
    ? Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory tracking platforms
    ? Strong analytical and reporting skills
    ? Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams
    ? Experience with international shipping/export coordination (preferred)
