**POSITION SUMMARY:
** We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join our team at Vireo Systems and pH-D Feminine Health. This role will focus on managing optimal inventory levels at various locations to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that inventory is effectively balanced across distribution centers, warehouses, and retail locations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align supply with inventory needs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the planning and management of inventory levels across multiple locations (warehouses, distribution centers, and retail stores). Ensure inventory is aligned with demand forecasts while avoiding stockouts or excessive stock.
- Utilize sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends to predict demand at different locations, ensuring timely replenishment while minimizing inventory holding costs.
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities to optimize stock levels at each location to improve service levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, procurement, and logistics) and external partners to coordinate the timely replenishment of inventory across locations based on demand signals.
- Establish and execute inventory replenishment strategies for each location, ensuring that reorder points, safety stock levels, and lead times are optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor inventory accuracy at all locations, ensuring timely updates to the inventory system. Generate reports on inventory levels, stockouts, and overstock situations to senior management.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, stock availability, order fulfillment, and inventory turnover at each location.
- Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes, systems, and tools to enhance inventory flow and reduce waste, contributing to improved customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management, or supply chain management roles within the consumer product (cpg) industry.
- Experienced proficiency using: Microsoft Excel; ERP systems is must (Oracle or SAP) and inventory management software; Oracle NetSuite is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours.
- Walking, bending, light lifting to 30 lbs.
