On-site position. Must live in the Indianapolis area.

Pay: $28.08/hour

In this role you will:

• Process vendor forms for suppliers which allows them to be set-up to receive payment and to make any changes such as change in address, banking, etc.
• Field phone inquiries to Payment Research Unit and Resource Unit for a variety of issues ranging from invoicing and payment issues to issues involving vendor form submission and processing.

Requirements:

\- Prior experience working in a call center

\- Prior experience processing W9 and direct deposit forms

\- Efficient and accurate data entry experience
