As a Support Engineer , you’ll engage with customers daily through live chat and occasional video conference calls, guiding them toward solutions to their diverse challenges. You’ll be on the front lines of Centercode’s Customer Experience, helping our customers solve problems, learn best practices, and get the most out of our platform. Your insights will help shape our product and documentation, improving the experience for every user that follows.
