    SUPPORT SERVICES GROUP IS HIRING 15 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES AND SPOTS ARE FILLING UP FAST!

    Our client's goal is to offer affordable, high quality health care coverage to patients in need by working closely with community health centers and other primary care practices.

    This position has 4 weeks of amazing and thorough training so that you are prepared to handle each call efficiently!

    • ADDITIONAL $1/HR FOR SPANISH BILINGUAL

    KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deliver an outstanding customer service experience
    • Utilize multiple systems while speaking with customers
    • Maintain customer confidentiality
    • Meet monthly key performance goals
    • Resolve member and provider questions/issues while ensuring compliance with policy and procedures
    • Accurately document all contacts with external customers in applicable system(s)

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • BI-LINGUAL PREFERRED
    • Health insurance experience preferred
    • Must have good work history and positive attendance
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • High school or GED diploma required
