    Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

    2 years minimum experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

    10 years minimum experience as a Project Manager for Software Development

    5 years minimum experience using Jira

    Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

    Experience with Corrections processes

    State Government experience

    Familiarity with Jama and/or Zephyr testing systems

    Experience with Organizational Change Management

    The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

    Budget Assistance Tasks:

    Assistance with tracking time, cost, and/or quality of technical aspects of the project

    Assistance with maintaining the OTS invoice tracking log and responding to budget inquiries from customer-agency and OTS

    Assistance with project tasks that are handled outside of the scrum team efforts

    Oracle to FileNet Conversion

    TrueID implementation

    Assist in identification and resolution of risks and issues

    Provide assistance with monitoring and updating the project schedule/roadmap, due dates, the release plan, and expectations:

    Supports planning of product releases

    Assistance with coordinating with other OTS verticals as needed

    Help develop transition plans - from Development Team to Production Support Team and from product development to product go-live (business transition needs)

    Create and manage project communication plan and any other project plans /processes needed in coordination with Customer-Agency’s Delivery Manager/Implementation Lead

    Assistance with updating JIRA items

    Assistance with UAT planning and bug tracking/reporting

    Assistance with Charter and other project plan documentation

    Provide day-to-day project management support

    Creation of project documentation: daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly status reports; project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risks and issues, other documentation as needed

    Activity and resource planning

    Monitor project deliverables

    Communicate with business areas, other sections of the Office of Technology Services and third-party vendors to ensure project success in meeting deadlines
