    Role Overview: The Support Specialist plays a vital role in keeping the engine of our business running. From handling customer calls and managing schedules to overseeing CRM tasks and supporting our team’s day-to-day operations, this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) clients interact with throughout their remodeling journey while ensuring the workflow is seamless and efficient.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Interaction: Make outgoing calls to customers regarding events, check-ins, and project updates.

    Job Close-Out: Post job close-outs on behalf of the owner, ensuring everything is documented accurately.

    Email Control: Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and proper organization.

    Scheduling: Control scheduling company-wide, including appointments for Project Consultants, trade walk-throughs, and client meetings.

    Lead Intake: Handle lead intake for Remodeling Concepts and Ryann Reed Design Build, gathering information and scheduling consultations.

    Post-Appointment Check-Ins: Reach out to clients after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

    Follow-Up Friday: Conduct follow-ups on all open leads every Friday, ensuring no opportunities are missed.

    CRM (Jobtread) Management: Maintain and update the CRM pipeline, create reports, track sales metrics, and perform post-sale clean-up.

    Prep for Client Appointments: Prepare the office and conference rooms for client meetings, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

    Vehicle & Office Management: Assist with vehicle insurance and maintenance, and help ensure the office operates smoothly.

    Bookkeeping Support: Send documents to the bookkeeper and assist with general bookkeeping tasks as needed.

    Organized & Detail-Oriented: You keep everything in order, from schedules to CRM updates, and love checking things off your to-do list.

    Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly communicate with clients, team members, and vendors, both on the phone and in writing.

    Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable working with software like CRM systems (Jobtread), scheduling tools, and email management.

    Team Player: You are adaptable and work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    Previous experience in customer service or office support is a plus.
