About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Support Staff/Assistant Teacher/Floater to join our team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and be a part of a supportive and nurturing educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities

Supervise and engage with children in various educational and play activities

Assist with meal and snack times, diaper changes, and maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment

Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on children's progress

Support the overall mission and philosophy of Kids 'R' Kids Keller

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Passion for early childhood education and child development
