    Job description

    Job Purpose

    The Support Team Associate will need to have a strong attention to detail while reviewing details/estimates. They will ensure that the detail has necessary materials, such as transitions, underlayment etc. Also, will review and edit custom charges.

    Role and Responsibilities

    Own relationships with estimators and stores/customers keeping FIS high customer service standards

    Confirming all details have necessary materials for a successful installation

    Review custom charges i.e. steps, leveling, grinding etc., anything with a $ amount

    Answering all calls in a professional and polite manner with an attempt at one call resolution

    Responding to all emails in a timely and professional manner

    Completing all refigures in a timely manner

    Any additional task requested by the Support Team Lead

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    Minimum High School graduate

    Critical and independent problem solving

    Communicate professionally and effectively in both written and verbal form

    Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

    Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional ethics

    Working Conditions

    Working indoor Monday – Friday, however customer issues may cause deviations from the norm. Regular evening, holiday and weekend work expected, working with challenging clients, constant phone and computer communications are expected. Sitting, standing, lifting tis to be expected. Busy environment with multiple interruptions.
