We are looking for a Technician who is honest, motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, professional, and not afraid to learn. We will train and give additional experience to the right person. We are not like other facilities mass hiring, we are looking for the right person to join our team and become a long-standing member. Must have a strong work ethic and passion for doing what’s right for the customer.

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am-5:00pm. No Weekends!

This is a full-time position

Pay is a broad range because “WE ARE HIRING THE PERSON, NOT THE POSITION”, so pay will be determined based on your skill set, abilities, and how you will be utilized in the shop.

This is a smoke and drug-free facility

Qualifications:

Valid Drivers license

Clean Driving record

Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively

Ability to organize daily workload

Ability to use a computer and tablet (we are a digital, paperless shop)

Experience with tekmetric a plus, we also use alldata and identifix

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly-changing environment

Must be tidy and keep work area clean

Must have reliable transportation to make it to work daily

Must have your own tools (specialty tools the shop provides, but you must have enough to complete your daily tasks)

Minimum Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Thoroughly completing digital multi-point inspections on all vehicles

Changing engine oil and filters

Performing tire rotations to ensure even tire wear

Dismounting, mounting, and balancing tires (Corghi Tire machine and Hunter road force balancer)

Testing tire pressure sensors and replacing them as needed

Communicating constantly with the advisor and other technicians to update on work status

Using scan tools to reset maintenance reminders and Tire pressure lights

Perform wheel alignments (Jim beam Aligner)

Assisting fellow technicians as needed

Facility clean-up and maintenance
