We are partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Greenville, SC; they are seeking an experienced Survey Manager to lead our team in Greenville, SC. As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating surveys, investigations, and mapping projects. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulations, timely project completion, and exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in South Carolina
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Land Surveying, Subdivision Mapping, Topographic Mapping, and writing legal descriptions
• Proficiency in Carlson Survey and GPS Equipment
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate surveys, investigations, and mapping projects
• Prepare Topographic Maps, Boundary Adjustments, Subdivision Maps, Records of Survey, and Legal Descriptions
• Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
• Lead and direct field survey crews and survey technicians
• Provide expert advice to the engineering team
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
