    Job Description

    KPFF provides immense opportunity for professional growth in a learning and teaching environment focused on excellence. We work on many types of projects and multiple projects at once. This fast paced environment will provide opportunity to work with our staff of surveyors and engineers on designs that will include grading, utility, roadway, and drainage design requiring the ability to think on your feet and communicate very effectively. Surveyors will have the opportunity to work in many unique and challenging environments.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in the field learning and utilizing fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of surveying to make precise survey measurements of potentially large tracts of land operating surveying instruments
    • Carry surveying instruments to, from, and in the field
    • Establish and maintain friendly, business-like relations with those contacted in the course of work
    • Ability to utilize sound judgment, independent decision making, and prolonged focus to complete surveying tasks

    Compensation : The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected Salary for this position is $52,000 - $90,000 depending on education, experience, and licensure . Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
