We are looking to bring on new talent that will help us continue to succeed as we grow, and provide promising candidates a great, entry-level position to get their career started in the legal field.

• $17/hour starting (with 90-day performance review)

GENERAL DUTIES

• Database entry; review and update accounts

• Work closely within a team to meet internal, client, and court deadlines

• Prepare, process and file letters, pleadings, and other documents

• Coordinating with attorneys and team to process documents timely and accurately

GROWTH & STRUCTURE

Our Firm is structured to efficiently handle high-volume work. Case work is organized based on steps of the legal process. Legal Assistants report to a senior Legal Assistant (Dept. Head, for example) that started in an Entry-Level Legal Assistant role within our Firm. As our Firm expands into new states, and gains additional clients and ground on future market-share, we will continue to need additional leadership.

NO REQUIRED EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION

We will provide comprehensive on-the-job training to the right person.
